Russia dominates in the IFK World Kata Championship (VIDEO)

The 2019 IFK World Kata Championship was held this past week in Papendal, The Netherlands. There were a total of 6 categories - Junior Girls, Junior Boys, Senior Girls, Senior Boys, Junior Teams and Senior Teams.

The Russian karatekas took home the majority of medals, claiming gold in every single category.
