Dana White reveals UFC White House card is already built

UFC CEO Dana White provided an update on the June show, which is expected to be held on the South Lawn of the White House in Washington, D.C., and is anticipated to feature multiple championship bouts. The exact number of fights has not been confirmed, but White said the matchmaking phase has already been completed.

“We’ve got two different versions mapped out, and the matchmaking process is already underway,” White said at the Zuffa Boxing 3 post-fight press conference. “So yeah, the White House card was put together last week.”

White noted that while the fight lineup is in place, logistical planning is still ongoing. He declined to share further specifics but confirmed he will meet with U.S. President Donald Trump to continue discussions about the event.

“We presented two different options – I didn’t say everything was finalized, I said the card was built,” White said. “We’ve been throwing around a lot of ideas, and Craig Borsari and I are flying to D.C. this week to sit down with the President and his team. We’ll walk them through not just the production plans, but the fight card as well. We have three different approaches for the production side, and we’ll see what he likes and what he doesn’t. But I can tell you this – this event is going to be incredible, unique, special, and very expensive.”
