Sean O’Malley says he still hasn’t received any updates regarding a possible spot on the UFC’s planned White House card.

Speaking Sunday after Zuffa Boxing 3, UFC president Dana White confirmed that the lineup for the landmark June event has already been put together, although the organization has not officially announced any matchups.

Despite his status as a former bantamweight champion (19-3 MMA, 11-3 UFC), O’Malley is concerned he may not be included in the promotion’s plans.

“They mentioned last Tuesday that they were beginning to build the White House card,” O’Malley said on his YouTube channel. “Since then, I haven’t gotten a call, a message—nothing at all. It’s possible the ‘Suga Show’ won’t be part of that event. There’s still time before June, so who knows. I’m hearing names like Jon Jones, and maybe Conor McGregor against Nate Diaz. It sounds like they’re aiming for something huge.”

Meanwhile, heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall is currently inactive after undergoing surgery on both eyes, which has sparked discussion about an interim title bout. One scenario being mentioned is a clash between light heavyweight titleholder Alex Pereira and Ciryl Gane.

“A fight like Pereira vs. Gane might not excite everyone,” O’Malley said. “But if they promote it as an interim title opportunity and a chance to become a three-division champion, that’s something they could definitely build around.”
