Just 24 hours before the first-ever MVP MMA event in California, all main fighters successfully made weight at the official weigh-ins. The event will feature highly anticipated matchups involving some of the biggest names in combat sports.
In the main event, two women’s MMA legends are set to return to the cage. Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey weighed in at 64.41 kg for the featherweight limit, while her opponent Gina Carano came in at 64.13 kg.
The co-main event also drew major attention. Nate Diaz stepped on the scale at 76.47 kg, while Mike Perry registered 76.92 kg for their welterweight clash.
Francis Ngannou’s return to MMA is another major storyline. The Cameroonian heavyweight weighed 116.57 kg, while his opponent Philippe Lins came in at 100.06 kg.
