Bulgarian heavyweight Lazar Todev recently secured a clear victory on the regional European circuit, defeating Martin Buday at Oktagon 89 in Bratislava. The three-round matchup ended in a unanimous decision, with all three judges scoring the bout 30-27 in favor of Todev. The win marks his third consecutive victory inside the Oktagon MMA promotion, further solidifying his position near the top of the organization's heavyweight roster.  

Originally from Plovdiv, Bulgaria, the 30-year-old athlete carries out his professional preparation at the Tiger Sportakademie in Germany. Todev relies heavily on a background in kickboxing, which shapes his overall tactical approach inside the cage.
