Former Ultimate Fighting Championship title challenger Darren Till has issued a highly unorthodox public critique regarding welterweight contender Ian Machado Garry. The retired mixed martial artist took to social media to voice his ongoing disapproval of Garry’s public persona and promotional interview style.

In a public post on his official X account, Till stated that instead of administering the death penalty to convicted criminals, authorities should force them to listen to Garry speak for the remainder of their lives. Till added to his statement by claiming that subjected individuals would ultimately cry out for the electric chair to escape the audio.

This satirical remark follows Garry's media appearances ahead of UFC 330, where the undefeated fighter compared his upcoming welterweight title bout against Islam Makhachev to the historic Conor McGregor versus Jose Aldo rivalry. Till has historically criticized Garry, previously labeling him as inauthentic following a highly publicized backstage altercation with middleweight fighter Khamzat Chimaev.
