UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov has shared rare insight into his relationship with UFC CEO Dana White during a recent appearance on a Russian podcast. The former undefeated lightweight champion described White as an extremely cold-blooded businessman who always puts his organization's financial interests ahead of personal relationships.

Drawing a unique parallel, Nurmagomedov compared White’s rigid management style to classic mafia movies. He explained that just like mob families place the "family" business above everything else, White places the UFC above any individual fighter.

Despite the harsh comparison, Nurmagomedov emphasized that this ruthless mindset is exactly why White has achieved historic success. He noted that White's ability to separate emotion from commerce allowed him to build the UFC into a global empire. Nurmagomedov clarified that while White is highly objective, he respects the executive's transparency.
