Josh Hokit: ''I Will Take Alex Pereira's Aura!''

In a new video on his YouTube channel, UFC legend Michael Bisping strongly defended heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall against recent accusations from rising contender Josh Hokit. Responding to Hokit’s tweets claiming Aspinall is faking eye injuries, Bisping clarified that the champion suffered severe, legitimate eye damage during his latest fight against Ciryl Gane. Bisping emphasized that these painful injuries are the only reason Aspinall has been sidelined. However, Bisping did find common ground with Hokit on one issue, agreeing that he is also not a fan of boxing promoter Eddie Hearn or his promotional antics following the announcement of Aspinall's partnership with Matchroom.

Meanwhile, Hokit turned his social media fury toward former champion Alex Pereira. In a series of tweets, Hokit stated he is dismissing an immediate matchup with Pereira because the Brazilian lost badly to Gane. Hokit claimed he wants Pereira to win another fight first to regain his "aura" before Hokit takes it away himself.

Instead, Hokit demanded a fight against Gane next. He warned that if the UFC forces him to face Pereira instead, he will completely destroy the 38-year-old veteran. Responding directly to recent comments from Pereira's coach, Glover Teixeira, who said Pereira is ready to shut Hokit's big mouth, Hokit used highly disrespectful and demeaning words, promising that Pereira will never get another shot at the heavyweight title after they meet.
