Four Fighters Earn UFC Roster Spots at DWCS Week 6

Dana White’s Contender Series Season 10, Week 6 concluded last night at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, resulting in four new UFC contracts. UFC CEO Dana White awarded contracts to every fighter who secured a stoppage victory during the five-bout event.

In the welterweight main event, Mayton Perea defeated Zevan Hunt via knockout just 45 seconds into the first round. Lightweight Akbar Abdullaev secured the fastest finish of the evening, delivering a clean one-punch knockout against Ednilson Santos in only 19 seconds.

In the middleweight division, Igor Cavalcanti stopped Oscar Ravello via TKO at 1:38 of Round 1, while Luis Hernandez bounced back from a knockdown to submit Hugo Guillon with a rear-naked choke at 1:01 of Round 2. Featherweight Tyshawn Williams won the opening bout against Antonio Monteiro via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-27, 29-27), earning a future opportunity rather than an immediate roster spot.
