Paddy "The Baddy" Pimblett shared a lot of specific details about his future plans during a fresh interview with Kolos MMA. The popular lightweight explained that he currently does not have a fight lined up, but he has a perfect plan in mind. He wants the UFC to cast him and featherweight champion Ilia Topuria as opposing coaches on The Ultimate Fighter reality television show. Pimblett stated that the show would be an absolute hit because he knows exactly how to drive Topuria crazy on camera.
Pimblett did not hold back when talking about how a fight between them would actually end inside the Octagon. He admitted that Topuria is a great fighter with serious power, but claimed Topuria has a weak chin. "I think I knock him out," Pimblett said bluntly, comparing a potential match to Conor McGregor's famous 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo. He added that after he catches Topuria with a big shot, the featherweight champion will be forced to run back down to his own weight class.
The Liverpool fighter also spent a large part of the interview trashing top lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan. Unlike his views on Topuria, Pimblett said he has zero respect for Tsarukyan, calling him a "spoiled rich kid" who grew up with a wealthy father. Pimblett mocked Tsarukyan's lifestyle, saying he spends $5,000 a day just to eat caviar, and promised to comfortably choke him out or knock him out when they finally meet in the cage.
