In their second fight in less than two years, Joanna Jedrzejczyk left no doubt at the TUF 23 Finale.

Jedrzejczyk defeated Claudia Gadelha via unanimous decision (48-46 x2, 48-45) to defend her UFC strawweight title on July 8, 2016. The clash earned Fight of the Night honors at the event.
