UFC working on Paddy Pimblet vs. Donald Cerrone

An intriguing lightweight clash is in the works for an upcoming UFC event in March.

According to Chael Sonnen and other US media outlets, former UFC lightweight challenger Donald Cerrone will be facing Liverpool's Paddy Pimblet on March 5 in Las Vegas. As of this point there is nothing official, but sources are saying the two parties are currently in negotiations.

Cowboy, 38, lost 5 of his previous 6 fights. He was last seen in action in May when he was defeated by Alex Morono.

Pimblet, 26, won his debut fight last fall. He beat Luigi Vendramini in September.
