Muhammad Mokaev vs. Charles Johnson targeted for July

A promising flyweight matchup is in the works for the summer.

According to numerous reports, Dagestan's Muhammad Mokaev will be facing US' Charles Johnson at the upcoming UFC Fight Night event that will be held on July 23.

The event is scheduled for London at the 02 Arena.

Mokaev, 21, who's fighting out of Britain, will be stepping in the UFC octagon for a second time. "The Punisher" defeated Cody Durden via submission in his debut back in March 2020.

Johnson, 31, will be making his UFC debut. The American was last seen in action back in January 2022 when he beat Carlos Mota at the LFA 122 event.
