The dominant fighter chose the scenic Croatian island of Pag, specifically the popular coastal resort town of Novalja, as his getaway destination. Kromah has been sharing updates while relaxing at a luxury holiday villa complete with a swimming pool. However, the champion did not travel light, bringing his two hard-earned world title belts along for the trip.
While Kromah's primary goal in Croatia is purely to rest and recover, his presence in the country quickly created major headlines across the combat sports community due to a clever social media post. The heavyweight king shared photos of himself proudly holding his gold belts next to the pool. Since he is currently vacationing inside the home country of his top rival, Antonio Plazibat, Kromah took the opportunity to insert some lighthearted psychological warfare. He captioned the viral pictures with a direct joke, writing: "Showing my belts around Croatia, simply because Plazibat hasn't done it yet."
During the official post-fight press conference at GLORY Collision 9 earlier in June, Mory Kromah looked directly at Antonio Plazibat and bluntly told him, "Uh, you look bad." This sharp jab was a direct reaction to the severe facial swelling and cuts Plazibat had just received during an absolute four-round war against Anis Bouzid. Although Plazibat ultimately showed incredible heart to secure a dramatic extra-round knockout victory, the grueling bout was far from easy, leaving him visibly battered and giving the completely untouched champion—who had just knocked out Miloš Cvjetićanin earlier that evening—the perfect opportunity to kickstart their mental warfare.
