A promotional face-off inside the ring turned into complete chaos during the latest GLORY kickboxing event. Organizers called heavyweight world champion Mory Kromah and top contender Antonio Plazibat into the ring between scheduled fights to hype up their next match, but the segment quickly went completely off the rails.
The trouble started when Kromah launched into a harsh verbal attack, shouting directly at Plazibat that he was "nothing" and did not believe in himself. Angered by the insults, Plazibat walked right up to the champion and shoved him hard.
Immediately after the push, all hell broke loose inside the ring. An enraged Kromah tried to rush Plazibat, physically throwing aside multiple event staffers and security guards who stood in his path. It took huge effort and a large team of security personnel to hold Kromah back and keep the two heavyweights apart. The massive brawl has significantly raised the stakes for their official championship fight at COLLISION 10 on December 12.
