International Seminar for SAMBO Coaches held in Santo Domingo

After the end of the Pan American SAMBO Championships in the Dominican Republic, a SAMBO coaching seminar was organized, which was held from 2 to 5 July under the direction of FIAS Sports Director Dmitry Maximov and two-time Pan American SAMBO Champion from Venezuela Joander Rojas.

The event was attended by 51 people from 14 countries of the region: the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Brazil, Cuba, Chile, Jamaica, Guatemala, Honduras, Uruguay, El Salvador, Saint Lucia, Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago, Bolivia. This is a record figure for the Pan American region, both in the number of participants and in the number of countries represented for this kind of workshops.
