Khabib's father: Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov again in coma

The health of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, coach and father to UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, has take a turn for the worse.

The Russian media outlet RT reported that Abdulmanap is again in a coma and on life support.

He is being treated after undergoing a heart bypass operation.

“More than 20 of my close relatives have suffered (from) COVID-19 and also had to stay in intensive care,” Khabib said in an instagram video. “Some of them are not with us anymore.”

Earlier during an Instagram live chat, Nurmagomedov said his father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, remains in “very serious condition” after suffering heart complications as a result of the virus.

He was transferred to the military hospital in Moscow once his condition worsened.
