TC Gladiator won Pazardzhik Open II

Over 200 competitors from 15 clubs from the country took part in the second edition of the Pazardzhik Open tournament, organized by the Pazardzhik Taekwondo Academy, BFT and with the assistance of the Pazardzhik Municipality.

The competition was held in the disciplines of men, women, cadets, juniors and girls, and children. The tournament was opened in the presence of the municipal councilor Nenko Cholakov, who read a letter of thanks from the mayor of the city Petar Kulinski.

Also, Petar Palazov from BFT and MP Halil Letifov addressed welcoming words to all participants, emphasizing that participation in the tournament itself makes the competitors winners. The main organizer Dimitar Tonchev from the Pazardzhik Taekwondo Academy gave the official start of the competition, which was held in the "Vasil Levski" hall.

After extremely interesting matches throughout the day, the overall winner was TC Gladiator with a total of 16 medals - 8 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze. TC Turbo was in second place with 5 gold, 9 silver and 5 bronze awards. Third in the general standings is TC Augusta with 6 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medals.

Next week, on February 14 and 15, the State Taekwondo Championship will be held. The super modern SamElyon hall in the city of Samokov will host the competition, which will be in the disciplines of Sparring, Poomsae and Technical Breaking.
