What is Wushu? (Compilation)

Wushu is a performance martial art designed to showcase techniques and movements that would otherwise be hidden in other fighting martial arts styles.

The fighters are well trained for hours, daily to get to the level we see:

Earlier this year Wushu was officially included in the Olympic competition.

There will be Wushu on the 4th Youth Olympic Games will be held in Senegal’s capital Dakar in October 2022.
