Mitko Iliev is back to winning ways against a tough Frenchman

Mitko Iliev got to a tough victory against Kevin Ruart in the KWU Open bout at SENSHI 16.

The Bulgarian was cautious from the beginning of the fight against the serious opponent and this was the right way to go because the Frenchman landed some power shots with his right jab. At the end only the gong saved the local fighter who was clearly in trouble.

Mitko got the majority decision from two of the referees while the third gave it 28:28. The difference came from the clearer shots and the takedown defense from Dimitrov.
