Nathan Cook (England) made a memorable SENSHI 32 debut, securing a dominant first-round technical knockout victory over Francesco Xhaja(Albania).
The British fighter came out with relentless aggression and made it clear from the opening seconds that he had a well-defined game plan. Before the first minute of the bout had even elapsed, Cook sent his opponent to the canvas with a devastating low kick to the shin, immediately putting Xhaja on the back foot.
Xhaja showed great heart, getting back to his feet and attempting to continue the fight. However, only seconds later, he was sent to the canvas once again after another identical low kick from the Englishman.
Cook continued to target his opponent's lead leg, and after the third knockdown, there was no longer any doubt about the outcome of the contest. Shortly before the end of the opening round, the referee was forced to stop the fight after it became clear that Xhaja was unable to continue.
With the victory, Nathan Cook made an impressive start to his SENSHI career, proving he was exceptionally well prepared for his debut in Bulgaria's premier combat sports organization.
For Francesco Xhaja, the defeat was his third under the SENSHI banner, leaving the Albanian with five victories in the organization.
