Today we are switching the styles a little bit.

Once again we have taekwondo in the blue corner and kickboxing in the red one. Two fighting disciplines that emphasize the high kicks, but how can you defend from the fast hands of the kickboxer when you are so far away in terms of studying and learning the art of boxing?
