UFC fighters participate in a sumo bout (VIDEO)

Two UFC heavyweight fighters took their talents outside the Octagon to the dohyo in order to see who's the better rikishi.

Anthony Johnson, who's planning on returning to MMA faced Curtis Blaydes. Both men adhered to all the sumo traditions and rituals, as they even put on a Mawashi around their back.

There are reports that Johnson and Blaydes could be facing each other inside the cage, but in order for this to happen, Johnson must get in fighting shape.

After this clash, Johnson took on two more opponents.
