Damien Trainor visited POW! Gym Chicago to share his amazing muay thai knowledge with our students. POW!Head Muay Thai Coach and Trainor were ex-teammates in England. Muay Thai World Champion Damien Trainor from K-Star, Birmingham, trained by Steve Logan. Having over 80 fights Damien is a 2 time world champion and won a European title aged just 19. He's fought some of the best in the game over the years such as wangchannoi, rungchai, kaewklaa kaewsamrit, Yoksila Kiatpansanchai, Arashi Fujihara, Nordin El Otmani & tawatchai budsadee are just a few to mention.
