Kendo Basics: Small Men Breakdown (Understanding Kendo techniques)

This video is a segment from one of my latest kendo streams where me and everyone there tried to analyze and breakdown all the elements that make small men. This video is meant to be as a kendo guide or orientation to understanding this very commonly used kendo technique. The motion studied here is meant to make it simple to understand so you can apply it into your kendo. Kendo training can be hard and it should be physically challenging but going over and understanding all the motions has helped me improve my kendo and I really hope it does the same for you.
