Bivol speaks about his relationship with Usyk

Former undisputed light heavyweight world champion Dmitry Bivol spoke about his relationship with Oleksandr Usyk and commented on the Ukrainian boxer's possible political ambitions.

"Honestly, I have never felt any bias or tension from Oleksandr Usyk. No, everything has always been within normal limits, within the bounds of sports solidarity and sports respect," Bivol said.

When asked about his reaction to rumors that Usyk could run for president after retiring, Bivol responded cautiously.

"I don't know... If he has such ambitions. Many people essentially build their careers like Klitschko did. If he has the right team and wants in some way to bring peace and good to his people and truly wants it, then why not," the boxer added.
