The score between Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev is still unsettled.
The two stars have exchanged one victory each, and the boxing world continues to wait for a decisive third fight that will determine the final outcome of the most unfinished story in the light heavyweight division.
But who will be the favorite in the trilogy, which is expected to take place at the end of this year? Nikolay Yorgov gives his answer to that question in our “The Expert Speaks” column.
“It will be a very competitive fight. In reality, Bivol found a working tactic and fighting style against Beterbiev, but Artur will certainly have trained for that and will be prepared. Beterbiev has strong knockout power.
“Bivol will want to repeat the fight in the same way as in their last bout, when he won. On the other hand, Artur will want to catch him and shake him mentally. Whether that will happen, I don’t know. In my opinion, Bivol will have a slight edge,” Yorgov said.
