Former undisputed light heavyweight world champion Artur Beterbiev once again accused his former opponent Dmitry Bivol of delaying their trilogy fight.
“I don’t know what he’s thinking. I don’t like this guy. He didn’t keep his word to me. If a man gives his word, he has to keep it — if he’s a real man, of course. I judge only by people’s actions. A lot of things have happened that shaped my opinion of this person and his team. And I’m not one of those people who change their opinion overnight. What’s done is done,” Beterbiev said.
It is worth recalling that the two fighters exchanged one victory each — first Beterbiev won, then Bivol responded with a victory of his own, handing each other the first defeat of their professional careers.
