Conor Benn took a direct shot at Ryan Garcia’s Mexican heritage by showing off his fluent Spanish during their final press conference. The unexpected language battle added a funny twist to the heavy trash talk before Saturday's WBC welterweight title fight in Las Vegas.

During the live media event on stage, a reporter asked Benn about rumors that he actually speaks better Spanish than Garcia. Benn, who spent a portion of his youth living in Spain, immediately took the microphone and answered fluently in Spanish right in front of the cameras.

He then translated his own words into English for the crowd, saying he does not need to practice because he already speaks it well. Benn then added a sharp jab, stating: "I'll translate for Ryan."

The joke was a clear dig at Garcia, who frequently celebrates his Mexican roots but has faced fan criticism for not speaking Spanish fluently. Garcia looked visibly annoyed by the call-out on stage but tried to laugh it off. The clever stunt proved that Benn is focusing also on the psychological game just days before entering the ring at the T-Mobile Arena.
