Bareknuckle Brawl: Ryan Garcia Confesses to Hotel Room Fight

Fresh off his dominant second-round knockout win against Conor Benn in Las Vegas, boxing superstar Ryan Garcia made a wild confession during an interview on The Ariel Helwani Show. The newly crowned champion revealed that he actually injured his right hand the day after his professional bout—but not inside the ring.

Garcia explained to Helwani that he got into an impromptu, bareknuckle street-style fight with one of his close friends in his hotel room on Sunday night. According to the champion, he still had plenty of leftover energy from Saturday, and when his friend asked for a fight, Garcia happily agreed to trade punches. While showing off his bruised knuckles on camera, Garcia joked that his non-boxer friend wanted "the smoke" and that he easily took care of him.
