The UFC boss fires back at the boxing promoter, calling him delusional and confirming that the UFC will fully produce the massive event.

Dana White Responds to Eddie Hearn: ''Was I Lying? Was I Wrong? Am I NOT the Promoter?''

Dana White completely unloaded on boxing promoter Eddie Hearn during a heated interview with MMA Fighting. The war of words started after White missed the first official Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua press conference in London. Hearn immediately mocked White's absence, calling it a "PR disaster" and taking a victory lap by claiming he won the battle to keep the UFC CEO completely out of the fight promotion.

White was highly annoyed by the claims and explained that he simply couldn't travel to London because he was busy hosting Dana White’s Contender Series in Las Vegas. He fiercely rejected the idea that Hearn won any kind of battle, calling the Matchroom Boxing boss completely out of touch with reality. "Whatever f*cking little p*ssy game he thinks he won, he’s out of his mind," White fired back. "He’s incredibly delusional. He knows what’s going on. They all know what’s going on."

To prove his point, White dropped a massive piece of news regarding the December 11 mega-fight, which will stream live on Netflix from Cardiff, Wales. He confirmed that despite Hearn's complaints, he is still heavily involved behind the scenes because his company is running the actual broadcast. "Was I lying? Was I wrong? Am I not the promoter? Am I not producing the entire f*cking event? The answer is yes," White stated proudly. "Not only am I promoting the fight, we’re producing the fight too. UFC is going to produce the show."
