Terence Crawford - Shawn Porter heading to purse bid

WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford and former two-time welterweight champ Shawn Porter have until the end of this week to reach an agreement on their bout or both parties will have to go to a purse bid.

Crawford, 33, and Porter, 33, were ordered by the World Boxing Organization to fight each other, but the negotiations between Top Rank and Premier Boxing Champions aren't going well, according to numerous sources.

Both fighters are in the prime of their careers, but this won't the case for too long. Both Crawford and Porter are reportedly demanding solid purses for a fight of such a magnitude and that means the bout must be a PPV in order to satisfy their financial obligations.

As of now, there is no info on potential bidders, but there are reports that DAZN and Triller are both interested in bidding for the fight.
