It's on - Andy Ruiz Jr. replaces Miller to face Anthony Joshua

After a week full of reports and speculations we finally have our next WBO, WBA "Super" and IBF heavyweight title challenger - Andy Ruiz Jr. (32-1-0). The American will be replacing his fellow countryman Jarrell Miller for Anthony Joshua's next fight which will be held on June 1 at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The "Destroyer" landed this one in a lifetime opportunity after Miller failed three separate drug tests and his license was suspended by the New York State Athletic Commission.

Ruiz, 29, weighed in at 118.8 kg for his last bout against Alexander Dimitrenko earlier in April. The Californian won via RTD because Dimitrenko's corner stopped the bout after five rounds. Andy will have five weeks to get in the shape of his life which isn't that bad having in mind the fact the American fought 10 days ago.

Ruiz stands at 1.88 cm and has the same reach, while "AJ" is 10 cm taller than his opponent and has a reach advantage of 20 cm.
