Giorgio Petrosyan destroys Jo Nattawut at ONE: Dreams of Gold (VIDEO)

Giorgio Petrosyan delivered another epic performance at this past Friday’s ONE FC: Dreams of Gold.

The fight night took place in Bangkok, Thailand, as “The Doctor” featured in the co-main event of the show. Petrosyan defeated the home crowd hero Jo Nattawut via KO in the very first round of the bout, advancing to the Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix Final.

The 33-year-old Armenian-Italian demonstrated clinical timing, as he needed only one left straight hand to the face of Nattawut, who couldn’t get up.

The 29-year-old started the fight the way he wanted – with a lot of kicks that kept Petrosyan away from him. However, during his attack, one strike inadvertently hit Petrosyan in the groin, which resulted in a short period of injury time to allow “The Doctor” a chance to recover.

The moment the match got restarted, Petrosyan suddenly came to life and tagged Nattawut with lightning-quick punching combinations. When everybody was thinking that the fight will be going to the second round, Giorgio landed a brutal left hand to his adversary’s face and that was all she wrote.

Petrosyan will be facing Samy Sana in the tournament final in Tokyo on October 13. “AK47” defeated Dzhabar Askerov in the other semi-final.
