Sergej Braun emerges victorious in his GLORY debut

Multiple SENSHI champion and one of the best German fighters of our time – Sergej Braun, defeated Ghana’s Michael Boapeah via Majority decision in what was his first ever GLORY fight.

Braun is a regular at the KWU International Professional League camps that are being held several times in a year in Bulgaria. Sergej has showcased his unbelievable skills times and times again under the SENSHI flag, as he is still undefeated there.

After yesterday’s win, Braun took some of his time and gave a special interview to Krasian Mitev from Boec.BG and Boec.COM.

“I want to thank to all the SENSHI fans that supported my through out this experience. The key to the success was my kyokushin background”, the fighter said.

“I was injured in June and July and therefore I was a little off in the first couple minutes of the fight. As time went on, I started feeling myself and thing started to click for me. Everytime you get back from an injury, it’s tough.

“I’m still thinking about my first SENSHI opponents. Now it’s time for me to get back to my gym and to analyze this fight with my team. I’m up for all kind of challenges.

“To all the young fighters in Bulgaria – enjoy every single day. Learn to embrace the important things in life, don’t take them for granted. Enjoy the process and work hard for your dreams”, Braun added.
