Kazakh fighter Shavkat Rakhmonov has undergone a second operation on his previously injured knee, which has led to his temporary removal from the UFC welterweight rankings.
His last bout took place in December 2024, when Rakhmonov defeated Ian Garry by unanimous decision. The 31-year-old remains undefeated and has repeatedly stated that his goal is to bring the UFC championship belt to Kazakhstan.
