Strong Serbian presence at the morning sparring matches in Kamchia

Strong sparring and a massive Serbian presence marked the first training session of the fourth day at the 15th KWU International Summer Camp in Kamchia.

The morning session was once again conducted under the guidance of some of the biggest names in the history of kickboxing – K-1 legends Peter Aerts, Semmy Schilt and Ernesto Hoost, all three instructors of the KWU International Professional League.

The winners of 11 K-1 Grand Prix titles showcased a barrage of interesting drills and techniques who were meant to upgrade the  fighters’ endurance and skills.

The fighters were again divided into three groups.

After a thorough warm-up and lighter exercises – all the fighters got together and started sparring.

The Serbian competitors checked today in huge numbers, and demonstrated great potential – we saw from them powerful spinning back fists, as well as strong other attractive blows.

After the sparring, the techniques in clinch were practiced again. The instructors wanted from everyone to know this element, because it is an extremely important part of the rules of the Professional League.
