In teams of two, alternate:
Partner A) Run 100 meters
Partner B) 10 scapular pull-ups + 5 inchworms with a push-up + 5 air squats
Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 reps
Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.
