Yesterday was a lil’ bit too hard, but we’re keeping the same energy today. It’s time to evolve and we know only one way to do so – by the Holy guidance of speed. Today’s session must be done under 15 minutes (including the two rest periods).

2 rounds of:

2-minutes of bike or row

10 broad jumps

30 seconds of jumping jacks

10 push-ups

10 GHD hip extensions

10 overhead squats with PVC

Rest 3 minutes

Run 200 meters full speed

Rest 1 minute
