Bellator MMA has parted ways with 18 fighters, some of which former champions of the organization.
According to MMA Junkie, former two-time featherweight king Daniel Straus and the former light heavyweight champ Liam McGeary are also out of Bellator.
The list also includes two fighters who never got to compete after signing with the promotion because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Here are the other 16 fighters that will become free agents:
Bec Rawlings (women’s flyweight), Heather Hardy (women’s flyweight), Tywan Claxton (featherweight), Tyree Fortune (light-heavyweight), John Teixeira (featherweight), Khonry Gracie (welterweight), Amanda Bell (women’s featherweight), Alessio Sakara (light-heavyweight), Demarques Jackson (welterweight), Chuck Campbell (light-heavyweight), Olga Rubin (women’s featherweight), Dominic Mazzotta (bantamweight), Mike Jasper (middleweight), Kirill Sidelnikov (heavyweight), Ryan Spillane (heavyweight) and Steve MacDonald (light-heavyweight).
