Conor McGregor is targeting an ambitious return to boxing against Manny Pacquiao in a brand new 60,000-seater stadium in Las Vegas.
The Allegiant Stadium is due to open in August and will be the home of the Las Vegas Raiders following the NFL side’s relocation from Oakland.
To celebrate the historic moment, McGregor wants to box the 41-year-old Filipino legend after he gets through his UFC return on Saturday against Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone.

During an interview with ESPN McGregor suggested he had ‘signed with Manny’, before giving a nervous glance off-camera, while PacMan’s manager Sean Gibbons took to social media on Thursday to share a mocked-up poster of the potential battle and named the NFL stadium as the venue.
The 31-year-old from Ireland believes a deal could be easily arranged as he pursues a boxing world title.
I asked Conor McGregor about his #boxing future and the super fights he has in mind:
"I certainly would love the rematch with Floyd Mayweather. It could very well happen this year, yes. I know the Manny Pacquiao fight is there whenever…People want to see me compete." #UFC246 pic.twitter.com/ddLwrYw7Mm
