Heavyweight Jarrell Miller has tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs once again.
The American was supposed to fight on July 9, as he was about to make his Top Rank debut against Jerry Forrest in Las Vegas.
That would have been Miller’s first fight since November 2018 when he defeated Bogdan Dinu. Last year Miller broke into the news when he was chosen to fight Anthony Joshua in his US debut. But 5-6 weeks prior to the clash, Miller failed on three separate tests for banned substances.
The American was caught with human growth hormone, EPO and GW1516 and served a six-month ban as a result of 2019.
According to The Athletic, this time “Big Baby” has tested positive for GW1516, a drug used to aid endurance and boost aerobic power.
It is safe to say that Miller’s career s in jeopardy now, as the Nevada State Athletic Commission had just decided to give his license back so he can fight.
