UFC 262 is turning out to be one of the craziest shows in recent history.
On May 15 MMA fans around the world will have the chance to witness the crowning of a new lightweight champion, as Charles Oliveira will be facing Michael Chandler in the main event.
But the co-main event will also be a banger and a historical one.
A welterweight matchup between Nate Diaz and Leon Edwards has been announced to serve as the first-ever non-title co-main event that will be a five rounder.

Edwards, 29, is fresh off a No Contest bout against Belal Muhammad. The Brit hasn’t lost a fight since 2015.
Diaz, 35, hasn’t fought since 2019 when Jorge Masvidal defeated him via doctor stoppage after the second round.
