Ryan Bader is stil the Bellator heavyweight champion after dominating the number one challenger Cheick Kongo in the main event of Bellator 280.
The fight night took place in Paris, France, with Bader getting the W via UD. The 38-year-old American was dominating the whole five rounds thanks to his wrestling, while Kongo couldn’t showcase his standing skills.
That was their second meeting in the last three years. “Darth” and the 46-year-old French fought in 2019 when the fight ended in a “No Contest” due to accidental eye poke to Bader.
