Stretch 10-15 minutes
Run 500 meters at medium speed
10X3 push-ups
20X3 sit-ups
10X2 jumping jacks
Run 1 km at medium speed
Rest 3 minutes
15X2 spider-man steps
10X3 hip extensions each side
Run 500 meters at full speed
