The Rock invites Tyson Fury to Hollywood

Pro wrestling legend and Hollywood mogul Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is not a stranger to the combat sports landscape. Recently “The People’s Champ” struck an apparel deal with UFC, while three years ago he presented Jorge Masvidal with the “BMF” belt after “Gamebred” defeated Nate Diaz in one of the most anticipated MMA fights.

Tyson Fury, the best heavyweight boxer in this era, is also a man of many talents. “The Gypsy King” is the reigning WBC king, but he is also a published author and pretty good singer. Ask Deontay Wilder. Fury even recorded a song with British music icon Robbie Williams several years ago.

Now it’s possible the path of the two greats could cross. One of the only mediums of entertainment Fury has not yet tried is acting, but he could have a world-class mentor if he ever decided to break into film in the form of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

“Tyson’s my boy, I love Tyson,” The Rock told talkSPORT ahead of the London premiere of his new film, DC Comics superhero flick Black Adam.

“Of course, everyone knows his story and I love how he’s overcome mental health challenges and he’s just such an advocate, so nothing but love and respect for Tyson.

“I know he loves WWE and we had a good chat about that, so if he gets into Hollywood, then call me and we’ll make something.”
