Passions will be heated to the limit on 7 September at 6:30 pm EET /11:30 am EST/ on the beach next to the restaurant “More” in Varna, Bulgaria, where eager spectators will enjoy the performances of international fighting stars. Among the professional athletes on the SENSHI 23 fight card, the names of one Greek, three Romanian, and two Serbian participants stand out, contributing to Balkan dominance among the fighters in the sporting event.

All combat sports fans can get the best view of the beach arena with tickets for the fight show from Eventim.bg network.

Greek fighter Valentinos Kiriakidis will appear for the first time at the SENSHI 23 fight gala in his debut fight against Bulgarian fighter Kristian Doychev. Kiriakidis is a two-time Greek champion in 2018 and 2020.

Marius Munteanu from Romania is also a new name in the fight circuit, from whom we will expect surprises. So far, he has several notable titles in his career – he’s a Colosseum tournament champion, a Kombat London winner, a Fight Zine champion, and a Cezar Fighting Championship winner.

Marian Lapusneanu from Romania will again show viewers what lies beneath his meek exterior. The winner of the Colosseum tournaments in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 is the kickboxing champion of Romania and the winner of the DFS title in 2023.

Cristian Ristea from Romania will demonstrate his strength of preparation and explosive character in the arena. He is last year’s Fight Arena 2023 tournament champion, the WKU Intercontinental champion in 2022, and the SUPERKOMBAT New Heroes circuit winner in 2012.

Aleksandar Menkovic of Serbia will step into the ring for the second time in the 85 kg category against a Swiss fighter. He can boast of enviable achievements in the fighting circles – he won 1st place at the WAKO Kickboxing World Cup 2024 and took 2nd place at the WAKO World Championships in 2023. Before that, he won the 2022 WAKO European Championships and four other titles.

Serbian fighter Rade Opacic is a ruler in the super-heavyweight division who all opponents have to reckon with. He will face Ristea in the tenth bout of the evening. Opacic won the 4-man ENFUSION Heavyweight Qualification Tournament in 2019, he was the WAKO European Youth Champion in 2015, and the winner of the WAKO World Cup title in 2015 also.

Representatives of the Bulgarian fighting school in SENSHI 23 will be three champions – Atanas Bozhilov, Kristiyan Doychev, and Delyan Georgiev in the ring. Bozhilov will fight for the 20th victory in the arena of SENSHI 23, Doychev will show his experience and class in a fight against a Greek, and Georgiev, unbeaten in the ring so far, will unleash his fighting power. It is going to be an unforgettable fight gala evening that will rock Varna, Bulgaria!
