Jai Opetaia (27:0) kept his IBF and Ring Magazine cruiserweight titles after another crushing KO victory. This time against David Nyika (10:1) in the fourth round in Australia.

The champion started on the front foot and began landing his famous three shot combinations.

Nyika was constantly behind in the exchanges and the surprise was that he wanted to fight on the inside when he clearly has the height and reach advantage. This was clearly a mistake and he paid the ultimate prize.

Opetaia floored him in the fourth with a minute to come. David Fields counted to 8 and have Nyika another chance to recover but he was caught with e heavy right jab that ended the dispute in favor of Opetaia.

The Australian native now has his eyes on gathering all the belts in the division before he goes heavy following the likes of Oleksandr Usyk.
