Ziam is finishing off his training camp in Sofia, Bulgaria where he had a planned training and sparring sessions with his friend Giom Peltier, who’s part of Bulgarian Top Team.
Initially, Madge was supposed to fight Russia’s Magomed Mustafaev, but two weeks ago he withdrew from the fight and Ziam was selected as a replacement. Some of the best French fighters took part in the training camp in Sofia. A lot of Bulgarian guys also participated in the camp.
ACA’s heavyweight Tony Johnson was one of the big names that took part in the camp. The American was part of ACA 97 main event this past Saturday, but he suffered a loss by the hands of the heavyweight champion Evgeniy Goncharov.
Both Ziam and Madge will be looking to extend their winning streaks to six at UFC 242.
