Dereck Chisora has always been known as a guy who doesn’t bite his tongue. Yesterday “WAR” exploded at the official press conference for the October 26 fight night, asking Eddie Hearn who’s the real main event.
The Brit left the event and said that he wants more money or he won’t participate in the fight card, but there is still nothing official from Eddie Hearn. Chisora was backed up from Joseph Parker’s manager – David Higgins, who said that his client has never been one to have ego issues, but Parker – Chisora is the reason boxing fans will buy tickets and PPV.

“Yeah I agree,” Higgins told Sky Sports.
“Parker-Chisora or Chisora-Parker as the Brits like to call it is a bigger attraction commercially, in terms of tickets sold at The O2 and viewing figures. It depends on how you are making the decision.
“Technically Prograis vs Taylor is more elite in terms of titles, but in terms of fan favorites and exciting boxing matches, Parker-Chisora is the bigger event, so I agree with Chisora.

“That being said, our side doesn’t really care as much. Joseph has never been one to have ego issues or worry about stuff like that. He knows what the job is and it will be to punch Chisora in the face, and shut him up.”

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old Brit has parted ways with his trainer Dave Coldwell, who guided Dereck to an explosive knockout win over Artur Szpilka in his last fight. The Rotherham-based coach confirmed on social media that he could not split his time between his other fighters and traveling to London for Chisora’s preparations.
